IMPORTANT: Please do NOT message me asking where your item is if you have NOT waited the entire estimated shipping time. I do NOT offer refunds for orders that arrive after the estimated shipping times. Please be patient.

 

When will my item arrive?

Australia: 1 - 10 business days
Canada: 11 - 28 business days
New Zealand: 1 - 14 business days
United Kingdom: 8 - 28 business days
United States: 6 - 28 business days
Europe: 8 - 28 business days

Please keep in mind that shipping times are only estimates. I am NOT responsible for any delays at customs or during delivery. Any delivery issues are out of my control, and I do NOT offer refunds for items that arrive late.

There is an option for priority shipping on domestic orders (Australia only).

 

Can you track my item?

Tracking is currently unavailable.

 

Will my item arrive in time for X day?

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee your item will arrive when you need it as the postal service is out of my control. Please order ahead of time to avoid disappointment. I offer priority shipping within Australia at an extra cost.

 

My order hasn't arrived yet.

Please be patient. The postal service is out of my control and sometimes unforeseen delays happen, especially if the item is being delivered to a non-metropolitan area.
